SCOTTISH FEST: ONLINE - HOST
Prepare yourself for a wild ride with WICKED TINKERS! Pioneers of the growing Tribal Celtic movement, the Tinkers have been playing haunting, heart-pounding bagpipes and irresistible tribal drums as a professional touring band since 1995. With the addition, several years back, of the mesmerizing drone of the Australian didgeridoo and Bronze Age Irish horn, the magic was complete. Sit back and be transported to an earlier time in Scotland and Ireland, when battle cries filled the air and strange, unheard-of creatures roamed the night. Or better yet, get on your feet and let your body move to ancient rhythms and forgotten sounds. WWW.WICKEDTINKERS.COM

For the better part of two decades, the Ploughboys have regaled the Los Angeles Celtic community with modern and traditional music from the British Isles, with dash of bluegrass, country, and American folk thrown in.
With a revamped lineup and set list, 2018 saw them headline several California celtic festivals, including the Costa Mesa Scottish Fest, the Las Vegas Highland Games, the Bakersfield Celtic Music Festival, and the Las Vegas Age of Chivalry Renaissance Festival, to mention a few.. Celtish was formed out of its members mutual appreciation and enjoyment of playing Traditional Scottish and Irish music. Celtish also likes to infuse their unique celtic sound/flair/musical signature into non traditional tunes. The best way to describe their style would be a traditional Celtic pub band with the occasional musical twist (hence the “ish”)
Celtish has performed at benefits, fundraisers, concerts, private events and naturally, the occasional brewery. We genuinely enjoy performing together and our primary goal is for our audiences to be entertained. We encourage our audiences to participate, sing along and join us in our Celtish spirit.
