Please fill out the form below to submit your application to be a vendor at Scottish Fest 2026. Upon acceptance of your application a payment link will be emailed to you
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS UPON ACCEPTANCE:
Please note that each vendor will need to supply a copy of their resale license, insurance certificate and California State Board of Equalization number. If your product is food related (must be celtic in nature) you must also provide a copy of your CA health permit.

The following spacing is available for vendors.
10x10 space: $455
(includes 2 two-day admission tickets & 1 parking hang tag)
10x20 space: $531
(includes 3 two-day admission tickets & 1 parking hang tag)
20x20 space: $743
(includes 4 two-day admission tickets & 1 parking hang tag)
20x40 space: $1103
(this size limited in availability)
(includes 5 two-day admission tickets & 1 parking hang tag)
20x50 space: $1310
(this size limited in availability)
(includes 6 two-day admission tickets & 1 parking hang tag)
In addition to the complimentary tickets for each space, vendors can purchase up to 5 additional two-day tickets at a discount for additional booth staff members only.
